WALDEMAR PIOTROWSKI

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association, practising since 2010. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. On top of this, he graduated from the School of American Law organised by the Florida State University in cooperation with the University of Warsaw. He has also completed Postgraduate Studies in Corporate Law and in Fiscal Penal Law at the University of Warsaw and the University of Lodz, respectively.

ŁUKASZ RAPACKI

Member of the Warsaw Bar Association, practising since 2011. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. He also studied at the Erasmus Universiteit in Rotterdam. He graduated from the School of British and European Law organised together by the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and Cambridge University. He has also completed Post-Graduate Studies in Fiscal Penal Law at the University of Lodz.

He gained experience in renowned Polish law offices and firms, providing consultancy services in commercial cases, in particular regarding the real estate market, representing owners and tenants of commercial facilities, advising on real estate purchase and sale transactions, conducting due diligence of real estate, enterprises and companies, and representing his Clients in criminal cases.

He provides legal services to companies from various industries, and represents Clients in court disputes and administrative proceedings.

He provides assistance in criminal and criminal business cases in various aspects. He represents victims in proceedings related to acts committed to their detriment, and provides consultancy to natural persons and business entities in crisis situations.

KATARZYNA MAKOLA-KALEJTA

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bialystok and an Erasmus scholarship holder at the Fachhochschule für Verwaltung und Rechtspflege Berlin (now the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin).

She has been providing legal assistance to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs, including in particular companies operating in the real estate, energy, insurance and new technologies sectors for 11 years, cooperating with one of the renowned law firms in Warsaw.

She has many years of experience in advising operators from the commercial real estate market, including the commercialisation of shopping centres and office buildings, negotiation of rental agreements for commercial real estate, as well as commercial real estate sales and brokerage. She also specialises in the drafting and negotiation of contracts for construction works, contracts of employment and cooperation, copyright agreements, contracts related to the protection of personal data and the Internet, and the legal aspects of construction processes. She advises on employees and contractors, providing assistance in court proceedings in the field of civil and labour law, commercial law, criminal law, and family law, the handling cases in arbitration courts, and represents Clients before administrative authorities and administrative courts.
